Can more than one clinician conduct telehealth appointments with a patient at the same time?
During a telehealth appointment, clinicians can easily add family members or other healthcare providers to a GrandPad Videocall or through an integrated Zoom application.
Can a physician who chooses not to use the GrandPad portal still be securely connected with a patient who is using the GrandPad?
Yes. GrandPad offers a secure 800 number which physicians can use to connect to patients.
Can physicians connect with patients using GrandPads from their smartphones or tablets?

Do I need a separate LTE plan or is that included with the device?
